Property Owners Association

The San Juan River Village Property Owners Association (POA) is a community organization made up of every property owner within the subdivision. United by a shared commitment to preserving a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained neighborhood, the POA works to protect both the quality of life for residents and the natural beauty that defines San Juan River Village.

Our governing covenants were originally established in 1978 and updated in 1984 and 1991.. An Architectural Review Committee was created to guide responsible development, ensuring that homes and improvements are in harmony with the surrounding landscape and consistent with established design standards.

Over the years, the POA has supported a variety of community projects and initiatives, including neighborhood clean-up efforts, fire mitigation and defensible-space planning, trout stocking in the pond and river, and the creation of gated access to forest lands. Through these efforts, the POA strives to foster a strong sense of stewardship, safety, and connection among neighbors while protecting the unique environment we are fortunate to call home.
