Short Term Rentals

All Short Term Rentals (homes rented for less than 30 days at a time) must register with the San Juan River Village Property Owners’ Association after registering with Archuleta County (Click Here for County Information). Please follow the links below for more information.

To register your Short Term Rental, please log on to the POA’s Homeowner Portal (PayHOA) and click on “Requests.”
